Machine QA
RTsafe has developed a unique methodology to produce true human anatomy phantoms. Briefly, using a 3D printer, any patient’s CT scan can be used to produce their very own anatomically accurate hollow phantom involving all bone structures and external contour of the head. The resulting avatar is
properly machined to accommodate any kind of point, 2D or 3D dosimeters, according to the end-user’s needs.
Encephalon 3D
Encephalon 3D is a single-use head phantom constructed from bone equivalent material. The brain is filled with 3D polymer gel dosimeter, as a tissue equivalent material, giving the end-user an ability to gain a real-3D map of the delivered dose.
Prime
Complexity of contemporary radiotherapy demands a novel approach in quality assurance. Prime broadens the spectrum of quality assurance through an integrated solution. It offers comprehensive dosimetry in a true-to life human anatomy phantom for End-to-End evaluation of advanced radiotherapy applications, focusing on stereotactic radiosurgery.
SBRT Phantom
SBRT requires precise target localization, patient immobilization, and frequent positioning checks to avoid significant dose deposition in critical organs at risk. Given that challenge, SBRT phantom by offering dosimetry options within the lung area and vertebrae/bone is an ideal End-to-End QA tool for radiosurgical body treatments.
Spine
Spine SRS involves a high dose of radiation to tumors of the spine and spinal cord aiming to spare normal surrounding tissues and avoid unwanted side effects. Given that challenge, precise localization and accurate dose delivery is required to avoid critical dose deposition in the spinal cord. Spine phantom is an anthropomorphic 3D-printed phantom that simulates the anatomy of a real lumbar spine case with bone and soft tissue-equivalent materials. With dosimetry options within the vertebrae and the spinal cord is an ideal tool for End-to-End testing in spine radiosurgery treatments during commissioning and periodic QA.
